How to switch your currency (NEW SITE):

1. Add something to your cart. Then go check out and click “select payment method”.
2. Next to “Choose a Payment Method” click the currency symbol drop down menu.
3. It will ask you if you want to switch your region. Select “Switch”.
4. Change it to the region and currency of preference (JPY offers a small discount).

Note: You can only switch your region 2 times a year. Your existing coupons will not be usable after currency change, and you will need to wait for your new ones in your new currency.

How to switch your currency (OLD SITE):

1. Add something to your cart. Then go check out and click “select payment method”.
2. Click the currency that is in yellow (see photo below). Switch to JPY, as it is cheaper than USD/CAD/EURO’s.

NOTE: You can only switch currencies TWO TIMES A YEAR.

How to check to coupons

Once you add what you want to your cart, you will want to click “Confirm”, then “Select Payment Method”. This will take you to a new window – where you will see “Not using coupon” – click that, and your list of available coupons will show up.

Note: If you just changed your currency, you won’t have any coupons available to you for a few days. Let the shop refresh with your new currency, and then you will have them again.

Premium Member Center

The Premium Member Center / Privilege Center is a new way to earn rewards on your purchases. To access the Premium Center, enter the Top Up Shop, and click the drop down in the top right corner. You will then be able to access the “Privilege Center”.

Membership levels

There are 6 levels based on how many experience points you earn.

• Level 1 – Iron: 0 – 100 EXP
• Level 2 – Bronze: 100 – 1,000 EXP
• Level 3 – Silver: 1,000 – 5,000 EXP
• Level 4 – Gold: 5,000 – 10,000 EXP
• Level 5 – Platinum: 10,000 – 20,000 EXP
• Level 6 – Diamond: 20,000 + EXP

Experience points are calculated per top-up. Different Currencies have different EXP earning rates. The experience points you earn are valid for 365 days from the day you purchase them.

The various levels also come with additional perks, with higher levels unlocking more benefits and items to purchase in the points mall.

Points mall

You can earn points to use in the Points Mall by completing Quests in the Quest Center. They include:

1. Premium Membership Quests
2. Activeness Quests
3. Community Quests
4. Top Up Quests

The points you earn, you can either spend on the Exchange, or you can spend them on the Lucky Draw.

The exchange you can save up your points to buy a variety of rewards. Some rewards you need to be a certain level to purchase. You have access to all rewards lower than your current level.

• Level 1 unlocks: 4 x 60 min Speed ups, 2 x Adv coins
• Level 2 unlocks: 5% coupon, Hero Choice cards
• Level 3 unlocks: 7% coupon, 100 enhance choice boxes, 20 weapon material choice boxes
• Level 4 unlocks: 9% coupon, 50 Adv material boxes, 50 Promote Choice Boxes
• Level 5 unlocks: 11% coupon, 100 Promote choice boxes, 50 Modification boxes
• Level 6 unlocks: 13% coupon, 2 epic core boxes, 1 rare weapon design box

The Lucky Draw costs 60 points per spin, with the rewards having varying probabilities. The probabilities are as followed:

1. Nothing – 40% probability
2. 10 x 5 min speed ups – 20% probability
3. 1 x 1 hr Build speed up – 10% probability
4. 1 x 1 hr Research speed up – 10% probability
5. 1 x 1 hr Training speed up – 10% probability
6. 50 Lesser Resource boxes – 6.5% probability
7. 50 Enhance boxes – 3% probability
8. 10 Promote boxes – 0.47% probability
9. 50 Promote III boxes – 0.03% probability
