There’s a new Technology to research, coming to your Military 3 soon! In a future game release, players will be able to research the new “Revenge Res” ability, to help strengthen their defence. This is an ability to counter the existing skill, Revenge.
What is revenge?

In the Research Center, under Unit Tactics, you are able to research something called Revenge. You can do this for all troop types and tiers, starting at T6’s. Revenge makes it so when a unit dies, it deals additional damage to the enemy, subject to the number of those troops.
You unlock higher troop levels revenge, as you unlock those tiers of troops and upgrade your Research Center.
This is a VERY powerful item to research, as it provides a lot of additional damage in battles.
What is revenge res?

Revenge Res is a new item to research, coming to Military III in the near future. Players will be able to research up to a 70% Revenge Res boost that will effectively reduce the damage caused to you by other players’ revenge. Essentially, it will help counter the Revenge ability mentioned above.
The higher % Revenge Res you have, the lower your Killed and Wounded will be in a battle. This will make your Casualties % lower, which could lead to you winning a battle you may have lost if your Casualties % was higher. The winner is who has a lower % of casualties, so in battles where you are equally matched, the Revenge Res lowering your casualties could assist you in pulling off the win.
an example

For example, in this battle, the Attacker (me) lost, because my Casualties % was 18.7% versus the defenders 14.83% – even though I only had 9,348 casualties versus their 155,546. If I had Revenge Res to reduce my casualties %, I could have potentially won this battle.
The following image shows the comparison of 0% Revenge Res, 60% Revenge Res and 70% Revenge Res. You can see just how big of an impact it has on your casualties.
- No Revenge Res (0%) – 65.98% Casualties
- 60% Revenge Res – 33.57% Casualties
- 70% Revenge Res – 27.89% Casualties
That’s a HUGE difference – and could be the difference between a win or a loss!
